Permanent Position

Project: 254 residential units (one- and two-bedroom apartments) across three apartment blocks.

Project duration remaining: 2 years

Our client who are a privately owned company are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Dublin 18 on an Apartment Development. Your Responsibilities

Supervision of subcontractors and others to achieve project production targets in line with programme.
Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications building regulations quality standards and Health & Safety
Evaluate and identify upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues.
Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
