About the role

Manage a high volume of emails to agreed service levels ensuring each email is given a high level of customer service with a view of resolving the enquiry to a satisfactory level on the first response. You will provide our customers with a professional service making accurate records and entries into the claims system.

    Skills and Experience

    • Handle the inbound email enquiries from Customers Repairers Clients and Third Parties within the agreed service levels
    • Load new email instructions onto the system
    • Load estimates and images into the system and allocate to engineers.
    • Monitor camera footage of incidents to ensure all accidents are recorded as required
    • Overflow for inbound call enquires
    • Support other areas of the business with administration tasks as required
    • Manage queries presented during that inbound enquiry to conclusion only escalating where necessary
    • Using our bespoke software and databases to record update and maintain information relating to each claim
    • Manage own workload prioritising each day and ensuring any tasks are complete
    • Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required
    • Ensure that all SLAs are met and exceeded
    • Work well as part of a wider team to ensure a high quality of service is still provided during busier periods
    • Provide a seamless service for our customers ensuring we are working collectively with other departments to resolve any outstanding issues
    • Manage and resolve any customer complaints escalating to the relevant person when necessary
