What Youll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with senior decision-makers across the IT sector.
- Drive new business acquisition and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Use modern sales tools and market insights to fuel your pipeline.
- Represent MatchBox at industry events and within professional networks.
- Partner closely with recruitment teams to deliver a standout client experience.
What You Bring
- At least 12 years of experience in recruitment or B2B service sales ideally in IT or professional services.
- A record of new business wins account growth or client relationships youre ready to build on.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Motivation resilience and the drive to scale your career.
