Key responsibilities

Lead contract delivery financial performance and strategic outcomes.
Drive Zero Harm safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
Apply best practice asset management to prolong asset life and reduce downtime.
Build collaborative relationships with subcontractors suppliers and clients.
Champion sustainability social benefit initiatives and decarbonisation efforts.
Empower and develop a high-performing inclusive team.

What youll bring

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering Business Management or equivalent experience.
10 years in civil or asset management with 5 years in leadership roles.
Proven ability to manage complex contracts and drive operational excellence.
Strong stakeholder engagement negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Passionate about safety innovation and delivering community value.
