Job Description:
The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level in the Management Department beginning fall 2026 and subject to budget approval. Candidates must have completed a PhD or doctoral degree in Management. Candidates should have a primary focus on organizational behavior. Those with a demonstrated interest in the use of AI on the classroom are of particular interest. Candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching preferably with experience and verified excellence at the undergraduate level. Candidates must also have a demonstrated ability to publish quality research in peer-reviewed journals. Strong applicants will be committed to cross-disciplinary collaboration and collegiality; the development of innovative and creative classroom educational experience; a commitment to innovation and demonstrated excellence in using technology in the classroom; service to the department school of business university community and profession. A faculty member may teach at either the Fairfield and/or Bridgeport campus.

The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University is AACSB International accredited and is ranked among US News and Princeton Reviews best undergraduate and graduate on-campus business schools. The Universitys 200-acre campus includes five College and Professional Schools that enroll 4757 undergraduate students and 1262 graduate students. The Dolan School of Business educates approximately 40% of the Universitys undergraduate students and one-fifth of the Universitys graduate students.
