Regional Manager Janitorial Services

• Manage multiple sites and visit regularly.
• Establish and implement operations standards.
• Exceed account budget sales increase existing customer revenue growth identify and sell

• Personally nurture Customer Intimacy to assure 100% account and customer retention.
• Continually review and introduce new and innovative solutions for the business.
• Assure hiring process is followed at all times and new hire paperwork and orientation/training

• Communicate and work closely with HR regarding recruitment and utilize for all HR related
• support.
• Communicate proactively with upper management on important issues.
• Attend management and customer meetings.
• Maintain the responsibility for hiring firing and transferring of all Team Members.
• Manage job starts for Region.
• Assist Safety Department by promoting and ensuring that all safety programs are proactively
• implemented; i.e. safety shares Safety Bingo Tool Box talks Safety newsletter TRR ICPMH
• audits etc).
• Assure zero EEOC activiity and less then 100% turn over annually. -Communicate positively lead promote self improvement and identify Team Members who can be developed. -Ensure all Team Members are trained and understand how they fit in the company.
