As a Financial Management ControllerManagement Controller you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analysing business activity producing insightful reports and dashboards for top management.
- Assessing financial performance including revenue execution costs variable expenses and related social charges.
- Contributing to monthly closings ensuring proper accounting of provisions managing intercompany recharges and optimizing cost allocations.
- Managing the calculation of brokers variable compensation from accruals to final validation.
- Leading the budgeting process across all European subsidiaries coordinating with local teams.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- You hold a masters degree in business School or University (Bac5 equivalent) and have at least 5 years of experience in financial controlling or audit with strong accounting skills.
- You are proactive autonomous and enjoy working closely with operational teams.
- Your rigor analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information will be key assets to succeed in this role.
- You are proficient in Excel have a strong interest in information systems (Oracle Financial Oracle BI etc.).
- You are fluent in English and French.
This position will place you at the centre of financial decision-making and allow you to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in France and internationally.
