Intern - Customer Experience Specialist with French (Hybrid work)

Location: Katowice PL

As anIntern Customer Experience Specialist with French here at Honeywell you will be a vital member of the Customer Service team where you will assist in ensuring performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor and youll work out of our Katowice location on a Hybrid work this role you will impact on the overall customer experience by supporting the team in fulfilling customer requests and resolving issues contributing to a high customer satisfaction index.This is hybrid work 32! (3 days from office 2 days from home).

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities.
  • Support the accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders contracts and projects in Honeywell systems.
  • Help in tracking orders placed with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Support daily report creation by providing relevant data in a timely manner.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • High level of customer orientation and a dedicated can do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to drive improvements leading to greater customer experience.
  • 0-2 years relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Preferable but not a must - Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) Salesforce.
  • French language level is min. B2
