How Youll Make an Impact

• Provide data-driven support to guide action-oriented business decisions across AMA.

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify key trends and opportunities.

• Develop and manage high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions that serve as a single source of truth.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and IT teams to gather validate and refine business requirements.

• Present findings and insights to leadership teams in clear compelling ways.

• Ensure the accuracy integrity and timely delivery of critical data.

• Support the rollout of new business analytics tools and processes.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics Information Systems or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence business analysis or a related technical role.

• Advanced working knowledge of SQL (including complex query writing).

• Experience developing and managing BI solutions or dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

• Strong data visualization and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

• Familiarity with data management languages (Python R) and experience in the insurance industry are strong assets.
