Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Location:

Raleigh NC 27617

Position Summary:

A Customer Service Representative is both a residential and commercial customers primary contact when they schedule service or maintenance with 6 & Fix. This position is essential to maintain clear communication with customers to grow residential service revenue and sales revenue opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Interact with residential and commercial customers listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
  • Educate clients about the companys products services and offers.
  • Schedule service appointments monitor service progress calculate charges and process payments.
  • Update / add / remove customer data in Service Titan to ensure accurate information in real time.
  • Manage and address customer scheduling questions.
  • Provide any customers with updates including parts status and upcoming repair status.
  • Build customer relationships.
  • Communicate issues with supervisor real time and pass calls to appropriate management if needed.
  • Ensure timely responses to service technicians and customer inquiries within a 10-minute timeframe.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):

  • High School Diploma or general education degree is required.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with department managers employees and company customers.
  • Ability to set expectations with customers and keep them apprised to the company schedule and lead time.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge base of our service area or must have the ability to read a map.
