Were seeking a Growth Lead to scale Clays acquisition efforts driving pipeline and revenue through creative technical and data-driven growth campaigns. Youll work across marketing product and sales to identify bottlenecks launch experiments and build a repeatable engine that compounds over time.
Generate pipeline and revenue for the business in a scalable trackable and ROI-positive way.
Be patient zero and the most opinionated customer of Clay pushing our product to its limits and feeding insights back into the roadmap.
Use Clay to build the best growth campaigns imaginable creating new insane use cases that stand out from the crowd.
Take full ownership of 2-3 acquisition channels (e.g. paid ads outbound field referrals etc.) from ideation and automation to analytics and iteration.
Run high-velocity experiments to find new repeatable customer acquisition engines.
Partner with Sales PMM GTM Ops and Product to improve conversion across the funnel from awareness to pipeline to closed revenue.
Build scalable budgeting tracking and analytics frameworks in collaboration with Data Science.
Contribute directly to Clays brand of Growth done right sharing insights campaigns and results publicly.
Strong PM-like mindset: able to own projects end-to-end from concept to execution.
High data fluency experimentation mindset and bias for action.
Technical curiosity: comfort with tools APIs automation and data analysis.
Strong intuition for messaging creative and positioning that converts.
Ability to operate with high intensity and ownership balancing short-term velocity with long-term scalability.
