Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our team. This role involves administering standardized neuropsychological assessments to evaluate cognitive and behavioral functions under the supervision of a licensed Neuropsychologist. The position also includes administrative responsibilities such as maintaining test inventory and data entry. Extensive training will be provided. This opportunity is ideal for candidates planning to pursue graduate studies in psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer one-on-one neuropsychological test batteries to patients.
- Accurately score and document test results.
- Prepare raw reports using standardized templates.
- Observe and report on patient behavior during assessments.
- Interact professionally with individuals exhibiting cognitive or behavioral challenges.
- Assist in research activities including obtaining consent and administering study protocols.
- Participate in weekly case conferences.
- Support administrative functions including policy implementation and patient flow optimization.
- Promote excellence in customer service and patient care.
- Administrative work as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelors degree in psychology
Credentials/Licensure:
- Preferred: National Board of Psychometrist certification
