Job Overview:
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting CleanSparks growing workforce by managing day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with multi-state employment laws and driving key HR initiatives across multiple locations. This role provides hands-on support for recruitment onboarding employee relations compliance training and engagement initiatives while maintaining accurate records and HR reporting. The HR Generalist will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers helping to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Knowledge of federal state and local employment laws; experience ensuring compliance across multiple states strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and HRIS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (SHRM-CP PHR or equivalent).
- Experience in construction engineering technology or energy/mining industries.
- Familiarity with Paylocity (CleanSparks HRIS) or similar systems.
- Experience with HR reporting analytics and process improvement.
This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such candidates must be insurable under CleanSparks vehicle insurance policy.
