YOUR MISSION:You will be responsible for building managing and growing relationships with our restaurant partners acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. Youll use data-driven insights industry knowledge and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

THE JOURNEY:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategiesto maximize partner growth increase sales and strengthen Glovos market presence.
  • Build and manage a high-performing portfolioof partners identifying opportunities to boost their sales and visibility through tailored promotions and initiatives.
  • Optimize sales performanceby analyzing key metrics such as order volume product sales ROI on campaigns and operational efficiency.
  • Drive data-backed decision-makinginvestigate underperforming campaigns identify sales trends and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Run commercial projectsto strengthen Glovos position in key areas ensuring partner success and market share growth.
  • Lead internal strategic initiativesto enhance sales effectiveness pitching success rates and overall team productivity.
  • Engage with partners proactivelycall restaurants pitch opportunities and negotiate deals to unlock new growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

  • Experience in sales or account managementyoure comfortable reaching out to partners making calls and pitching solutions.
  • Strong analytical skillsyoure comfortable with numbers can spot trends and make data-driven recommendations.
