Job Summary
Our Services team members are experts in trading services across both retail & commercial customers ensuring services are fulfilled to our customer successfully.
We have a dedicated team across the country who drive the sales performance of our Tech Solutions a service that delivers support installation setup training around technology. As the Tech Solutions Product Manager your primary role is to maximise the performance and financial outcomes of this specific portfolio across Noel Leeming.
You will have significant input to the portfolio as you manage the lifecycle of the service from setting the strategy and roadmap to supporting the nationwide team in their day to day roles and developing capability within our stores to being the first point of contact with our related supplier partners. You will work cross functionally with our Merchandise Operations and Marketing and wider services team to maximise the input of the channel.
Quick Snapshot of the role:
- Managing day to day trading performance of the portfolio
- Owning the 12 month product roadmap & strategising for future growth across the group
- Conducting regular strategic reviews of current portfolio
- Marketing & promo execution across multiple sales channels
- Building relationships across the Group to drive continuous improvement and value of the portfolio
Qualifications :
To really succeed in this role we are ideally looking for someone that has operations experience within the retail industry. Youll need to be versatile and confident in every commercial aspect looking at what our customers want having an intimate knowledge of the market and what our competitors are doing. You will also be someone who excels in communication influencing stakeholder management and be capable of building relationships at all levels.
