This exciting role is with Thorite the UKs leading independent specialist in compressed air pneumatics and fluid power and part of the respected Flowtech Group.

Were looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across the Leeds region within the Fluid Power market.

What youll be doing:

  • Growing and managing a sales territory across a diverse customer base

  • Developing new business and nurturing existing accounts

  • Building strong long-term relationships with customers at all levels

  • Preparing budgets quotations and persuasive proposals

  • Working closely with internal sales technical and procurement teams to deliver projects

  • Driving revenue and market share in a fast-moving exciting sector

What were looking for:

  • Strong B2B sales background and experience of working a territory

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

  • Highly motivated organised and commercially aware

  • Understanding of engineering pneumatics hydraulics or fluid power would be a real advantage but is not essential
