Were looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across the Leeds region within the Fluid Power market.

What youll be doing:
Growing and managing a sales territory across a diverse customer base
Developing new business and nurturing existing accounts
Building strong long-term relationships with customers at all levels
Preparing budgets quotations and persuasive proposals
Working closely with internal sales technical and procurement teams to deliver projects
Driving revenue and market share in a fast-moving exciting sector
What were looking for:
Strong B2B sales background and experience of working a territory
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Highly motivated organised and commercially aware
Understanding of engineering pneumatics hydraulics or fluid power would be a real advantage but is not essential
