OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Cleaning office premises for prestigious Client includes washrooms kitchens and any surrounding areas. you must successfully pass vetting to be offered this position
Main Duties& Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver consistent high-quality cleaning services.
- Conduct regular staff checks to ensure attendance performance and adherence to cleaning standards.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.
- Ensure all staircases are cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
- Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Robotic Equipment Operation
- Operate andmaintainrobotic vacuum cleaners.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot basic issues with robotic equipment.
- Ensure robots are used efficiently and safely in designated areas.
- Perform routine inspections of cleaned areas to ensure standards are met.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to theappropriate department.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain clear communication with managementregardingteam performance and operational issues.
- Complete daily logs and reports asrequired.
Person Specification:
- Must be well presented and good communicator
- Must have acan-doattitude and polite and approachable demeanour
- Hardworking andproactive good timekeeping and attendance record
