We are seeking an exceptional Senior Front-End Developer to play a critical role in building the next version of our highly configurable platform. We are looking for someone with expertise in React or other modern front-end technologies who can build scalable components that can be reused in various client this role you will design develop and optimize user-facing features for both our mobile and web products building seamless client experiences. You will focus on challenges related to maintaining and scaling configurable design components with emphasis on client experience application performance and non-functional requirements.

Tech Stack:

We use TypeScript across our platform with React (web) and React Native (mobile) on the front end and and MongoDB on the back end. Our platform follows a microservices architecture hosted on AWS

What youll do:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Optimize applications for maximum speed scalability and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create intuitive user interfaces and seamless integration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to break down work serve as a technical subject matter expert and deliver against the product and client roadmap
Identify and proactively address areas of improvement throughout our technical stack maintaining the long-term health and performance of our system
Uplevel the team and individual engineers through through technical mentorship best practices and knowledge sharing
Set high standards for technical and operational excellence ensuring solutions are scalable reusable and secure

What you bring:

5 years of professional front-end experience in building web applications following strong design principles to allow for theming and deep configurability of front end components.
Strong proficiency in React and related libraries (e.g. Redux React Router Context API React Hooks MUI).
Strong understanding of accessibility standards like A11Y
Experience with responsive and mobile-first web design.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g. Storybook Webpack Babel Vite).
Understanding of GraphQl and RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (e.g. Axios Fetch).
Understanding of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind Bootstrap or Material-UI).
Experience working with complex and configurable SaaS platforms
Proven ability to effectively contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps
Strong communication skills capable of articulating complex technical decisions to a wide audience
Proactive ownership-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Nice to have:

You have worked in financial services wealth services or a related industry
Experience with work orchestration or other related automation platforms
You have working experience at startups and scale-ups
