Holland Park State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our developing leadership team at our busy 210-place OSHC service. As one of two Coordinators youll have the opportunity to lead either our Junior or Senior cohort working closely with our experienced Lead Coordinator and a team of three Assistant Coordinators.
Together youll foster a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership focused on mentoring and empowering a diverse team of Educators and delivering consistent high-quality care and education to children and families.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts Monday to Friday with 8 hours admin:
- 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine)
- 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
About the Role Lead Your Team to Success!
- Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.
- Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
