The Reject Shop is now part of the Dollarama global family and were on a journey to bring even more value to everyday Australians. With nearly 400 stores and plans to grow to 700 were focused on building the right team to help us get there.

As our Talent Partner Stores youll be more than a recruiter. Youll be a trusted partner to our State and Regional Managers working closely with them to understand their needs support their teams and help them build strong capable stores. Were looking for someone whos hungry to fill roles thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energised by the challenge of supporting a business in transformation.

What youll be doing

Building strong trusted relationships with State Managers Regional Managers and Store Leaders
Leading end-to-end recruitment for store roles across Australia
Running high-volume campaigns for new store openings and seasonal recruitment
Partnering with Store Operations to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
Leading and developing a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Driving our employer brand across LinkedIn social media and local communities
Using data and feedback to improve how we hire and how we show up to candidates

What youll bring

Experience in high-volume recruitment ideally in retail or a fast-paced environment
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
A proactive solutions-focused mindset and a drive to get things done
Strong knowledge of recruitment systems like PageUp
A genuine passion for people relationships and delivering great outcomes
