How Youll Shine
- Generate sales appointments for our sales team via livestream
Assist in the tour generation process to ensure that prospects meet the Companys tour qualification specifications
- Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
- Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process
- Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Club Wyndham community
- Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
- This role requires you to be available for hours across weekend and public holiday shifts.

What Youll Bring
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic self-motivated and positive individual
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
- High levels of computer literacy
- Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
- Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
- Ability to work a full time hour across flexible schedule including nights weekends public and school holidays.
- Suitable applicants must have appropriate work rights for full-time employment in Australia
