Job Summary

As an Account Manager you will work from our Cerritos CA office or a satellite office while also spending time in the field across your assigned territory. Youll build relationships with referral sources manage provider communication and oversee clinical staffing efforts. Youll also play a key role in interviewing and managing field clinicians assigned to your region. This position blends healthcare coordination business development and provider support.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate referral sources on Home Health Links services
  • Drive referrals through relationship-building and territory outreach
  • Coordinate with licensed professionals (PT/OT/ST/RN) to ensure proper staffing and timely visits
  • Supervise and support assigned Provider Support staff
  • Interview and assist with onboarding clinical field staff in your territory
  • Monitor visit compliance and resolve missed visits with appropriate follow-up
  • Participate in performance improvement efforts and contribute to team goals
  • Report progress on referral trends and operational issues to management

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in healthcare sales home health or case management
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
  • Understanding of home health services and industry compliance
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid drivers license
  • Tech-savvy familiar with CRMs spreadsheets and scheduling systems

Additional Information :

Compensation is commensurate with experience $50000-$55000k annually plus commission incentives.

Travel required: Approximately up to 25% of the time with mileage reimbursement in accordance with California Labor Code 2802.
