Job Summary

Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing construction and contracting company. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across corporate and operations positions during a time of significant growth.

What Youll Do

Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing screening scheduling and offers
Partner with managers to meet high-volume hiring needs
Build pipelines of talent while supporting HR programs
Help shape the TA function and grow with the company

What Were Looking For

35 years of recruiting experience (construction industry a plus)
Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills
Experience with ATS/HRIS (iCIMS a plus)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
