Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Specialist to support the creation coordination and delivery of internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand voice streamlining communication strategies and ensuring consistency across all channels. This position requires strong organizational abilities excellent writing skills and a proactive mindset to support ongoing projects and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop clear compelling written content for internal memos newsletters announcements and external correspondence.
Assist in creating and managing communication strategies that support company goals.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
Support project documentation presentation development and communication planning.
Monitor communication performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare talking points briefs and summaries for leadership as needed.
Qualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise messaging.
Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
