Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Temporary Assistant Athletic Director. This temporary position will help assist the current Athletic Director with leaves on campus.
Assists the Athletics Director with:
- Expense and scholarship budgets.
- Academic support plans
- Participation in on-campus activities to support retention and referral outcomes.
- Participation with Career Services in the transfer of student athlete graduates to four-year colleges.
- Behavior management programs.
- Community service activities each term.
- Ensuring the sports program enhances the brand of the College.
- Conditioning program for the student athletes.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in on-campus activities to support retention and referral outcomes.
- In coordination with the Athletic Director prepares the season schedule.
- In coordination with the Athletic Director adheres to the budget guidelines processes all necessary purchase orders and inventory organizes and obtains all necessary equipment and supplies.
Qualifications & Position Requirements
- Associates Degree Bachelors Degree preferred.
- First aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational planning and leadership skills required.
- Must be able to serve as a positive role model for young adults.
- Familiarity with USCAA rules and regulations is a plus.
- Good driving record is preferred
Salary:
$52000
