We are seeking highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Salespeople to join our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for generating sales leads providing exceptional customer service and closing deals for several lines of business including defeasance derivatives hedging and real estate financial products.
Primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities maintaining client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
This is a full-time position located in Beverly Hills CA.
Qualifications :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new leads and establish relationships within the commercial real estate market.
- Extensive emailing and telephone calls are required in addition to face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential transactions and work to negotiate deals that meet the needs of all parties involved.
- Remain current with market trends and competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on economic demographic and other environmental factors that could impact commercial real estate markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with prospective and current clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure successful transactions and satisfied clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in commercial real estate or financial services sales with a proven track record of success.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience using HubSpot preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft office suite including excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results-oriented focus.
