About Us
Rhino Voltz is a small growing solar company that supplies lithium batteries and solar system components to dealers nationwide. We take pride in honest work dependable products and relationships built on integrityall grounded in our desire to honor God through our daily actions.
What Youll Do as an Outside Sales Representative:
- Build & maintain relationships with 80-100 active dealers and distributors across core regions.
- Visit dealer and installer locations to provide in-person support training and product updates.
- Identify & onboard new dealers and installers across Pennsylvania Ohio Indiana and the Midwest.
- Travel extensivelyapproximately 75% overnightto strengthen brand presence and expand market reach.
- Promote & help launch new product lines driving awareness and adoption in new territories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights customer feedback and growth opportunities.
- Manage & update the lead list conducting follow-up calls and outreach to develop new business.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure accurate orders and strong dealer support.
Our Ideal Outside Sales Representative:
- Experienced: At least three years of outside sales experience ideally in manufacturing tools or hardware.
- Self-Motivated Hunter: Driven to find new opportunities and turn leads into lasting partnerships.
- Strong Communicator: Builds trust through conversationsboth in person and on the phone.
- Independent Worker: Manages schedules effectively and stays productive while traveling or working remotely.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using MS Office Suite to organize leads track progress and communicate with the team.
What We Offer Our Outside Sales Representative:
- $80000-$100000 total anticipated earnings to start
- Full-time schedule averaging 45-50 hours per week
