Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience working in 5 star resorts
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Guest Relations Supervisor / Manager
- Confident in handling various issues
- Experienced in Opera PMS
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Must hold a local citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- High attention to detail ownership and accountability
- Excellent time management skills
- Pro-active vs re-active approach
- Familiarity with Thai cultural practices and nuances to enhance service quality and guest experiences.
