Job Summary
- Coordination with internal/external stakeholders to acquire all necessary data for process
- Prepare regular energy reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) for chiller plants data centres and buildings
- Conduct regular energy analysis
- Identify any energy saving opportunities and offer preliminary technical advice
- Provide any on-site support directed by energy / line manager
- Prepare plans and implementation work of energy saving projects AI projects and innovative projects
- Coordination with sub-contractor to monitor progress and quality of energy saving projects AI projects and innovative projects
- Apply company and government health and safety policies and procedures for all projects and on-site works
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree or above in Energy Science & Engineering / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
- Good interpersonal communication and technical presentation skills; Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
Additional Information :
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system
- Able to take lead on recommendations on energy conversation measures
- Able to work independently self-motivated result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility
- Familiar with IPMVP Protocol and/or qualified IPMVP/PMVA/CEM professional will be an advantage
- RCx practitioner or RCx Pro will be an advantage
- Familiar with Python program for data analysis will be an advantage
- Professional membership from a relevant organization will be an advantage
