Key responsibilities:
- Manage check-ins check-outs and guest enquiries during night shifts
- Handle guest requests complaints and emergencies with professionalism
- Monitor hotel security and safety ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff
- Maintain accurate night audit and reporting procedures
- Assist with administrative duties and reservations as required
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional friendly and guest-focused approach
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera experience an advantage)
