Burleigh Heads Hotel is on the hunt for a culinary legend to join our fast-paced good-vibes-only kitchen. Were perched right near the beach serving up everything from pub classics to cheeky specials that keep the locals (and tourists) coming back for more. If you can handle the heat love a good service buzz and know your way around a grill like its your second home we want you.
Were looking for a casual chef whos flexible reliable and ready to roll up their sleeves in a high-energy environment. Whether youre slicing sizzling or plating with flair youll be part of a crew that works hard has fun and delivers seriously tasty food every time
A day in the life of a Chef:
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that WOW our guests
- Contribute positively to our culture which is centred around safety and hygiene keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
- Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well presented dishes that align with the ALH standard
Qualifications :
About you:
- You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
- You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion precision and productivity
- Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
- Youll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
