RFBI is looking for a Payroll Officer to join us for up to 18 months covering parental leave. Become part of a tight-knit and collaborative team supporting payroll for a large and diverse workforce.
About the Role
Work alongside passionate colleagues to deliver payroll for 2300 staff working across NSW and the ACT at our villages and services. Youll be using UKG Preceda and supporting our transition to Dayforce. Day-to-day youll engage with a broad internal customer base and play your part in upholding a workplace culture based on inclusion respect integrity service and genuine happiness.
Key Duties
- Collaborate within a supportive team to deliver accurate compliant payroll
- Maintain clear empathetic communication across diverse internal stakeholders
- Respond promptly and professionally to payroll queries
- Support audits compliance and ongoing process improvement
- Assist as the organisation migrates payroll systems and practices
About You
- 35 years payroll experience in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of EBAs awards and payroll compliance
- Confident with UKG Preceda or similar systems; Dayforce experience valued
- Keen attention to detail and a get it right first time approach
- Strong communicator adaptable and collaborative
- Ready to contribute to a workplace where values guide how teams work together and care for each other
- Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
