About the Role
As Chief Architect youll play a central role in shaping how Simployers suite of applications and platforms evolves. You will define our target architecture and guide the journey towards it ensuring decisions are pragmatic scalable and aligned with business goals. Youll lead our architecture chapter mentor teams and partner closely with product engineering and operations leadership. From information and data modelling to platform conventions youll help us build systems that scale integrate smoothly and enable innovation including the effective use of AI across our products. This is architecture with impact: theory turned into practice decisions translated into real-world solutions.
