Serving large organizations across various industries and the public sector they focus on ServiceNow as a leading IT Service Management platform within the market. Currently they are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Atchitect to lead innovation and excellence within their team of developers.
About the role

ServiceNow is one of the leading platforms for IT Service Management and a key focus area within our organization. We are now looking for a ServiceNow Architect to plan design develop and deliver ServiceNow implementations in customer-facing roles across the Nordic market.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver ServiceNow implementations for customers in the Nordic region with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and acting as the main point of contact during implementation.
Advise senior stakeholders on challenges within IT and service management and design technical solutions aligned with customer strategy and business objectives.
Own the delivery plan provide accurate time estimates and ensure solution integrity throughout the entire process including scope management change requests and review of technical design specifications.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery with high quality.
Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends new ServiceNow features and third-party solutions to identify opportunities and assess impact.
Requirements:
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM with a solid understanding of CSM and HR.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow on-premise implementations.
Experience designing customer-specific solutions based on industry best practices.
Working knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Solid understanding of common integration patterns and solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions to both business and technical audiences.
Fluency in both Swedish and English (required).
