Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our digital transformation this role you will act as a key liaison between the Business Analytics & Insights (BAI) team and various business stakeholders helping define document and deliver high-impact digital solutions including descriptive analytics predictive insights and AI/ML capabilities within the manufacturing domain.
You will play a critical role in Agile project scoping requirements analysis and user story development ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Practice & Team Collaboration:
Work in a continuous delivery mode analyzing testing and delivering features iteratively.
Demonstrate Agile and Lean principles to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
Act as a facilitator within the Agile team structure collaborating with Scrum Masters Product Owners Developers Architects and Stakeholders.
Requirement Elicitation & User Story Management:
Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers and Product Owners to define project scope and requirements.
Create refine and manage user stories acceptance criteria process flows and test cases.
Assist with backlog grooming sprint planning and user story prioritization.
Facilitate discussions on story sizing sprint readiness and technical breakdowns.
Work with stakeholders and QA to validate requirements and ensure delivery meets business expectations.
Guide teams through Agile ceremonies ensuring clarity of roles deliverables and dependencies.
Mentor junior Business Analysts as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
At least 2 years of experience in Agile Business Intelligence or Data Analytics environments.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and Agile tools (JIRA Confluence).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in requirements gathering process modeling and documentation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with SDLC project management methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio JIRA Confluence etc.
Experience facilitating meetings and workshops at various organizational levels.
