Job Summary

We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on support implementation and integration in a manufacturing environment. If youre passionate about SAP thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex business challenges wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Timely resolution of support tickets within SLA
Meeting turnaround time (TAT) targets
Managing ticket ageing effectively
Identifying and resolving recurring issues (Problem Tickets)
Contributing to SAP projects including travel to client locations

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity Pune but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

To achieve these goals

The qualifications and experience required for the role focused on support implementation and integration of SAP FICO tools:

Core Requirements:

25 years in SAP FICO Consulting
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA.
SAP Implementation experience (preferred/added advantage).
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
Experience with period-end closing and integration activities.
Integration experience with SD (Sales & Distribution) MM (Materials Management) and PS (Project Systems) modules.
Proficiency in requirement gathering configuration testing and support.
Strong project documentation skills.

Bonus/Preferred Skills:

ITIL certification or awareness of ITIL processes.
Experience with ServiceNow (incident management ticketing etc.).
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.
Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and user-exits.
Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards

Qualifications :

Any Graduate with SAP FICO certification
