About the role

We are seeking a strategic commercially minded and proactive Senior Account Manager to join our Sydney or Melboune sales this role you will manage a portfolio of clients build strong relationships with new customers and drive growth across exciting brand partnerships. Youll thrive in a creative fast-paced deadline-driven environment balancing competing priorities while keeping clients at the heart of everything you do. With a strong pipeline of leads provided this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quarterly sales and account plans to grow key accounts and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage a pod of existing clients providing guidance on annual merchandise plans quotes and proposals.
  • Build strong lasting relationships with marketing executives and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure client deadlines are met by partnering with internal Design Production and Warehouse teams.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce tracking client contacts negotiations open projects and pending deadlines.
  • Target new leads through referrals marketing-generated leads and ad-hoc outreach to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct research for client proposals delivering merchandise concepts that are twice as nice.
  • Provide exceptional client service proactively resolving issues and supporting brand-aligned ROI-driven merchandise campaigns.

About our ideal candidate

Were looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in fast-paced account management must have experience within promotional products merchandise or brand activation.
  • Proven commercial acumen and the ability to hit ambitious sales targets.
  • Experience managing relationships with senior marketing executives and multiple stakeholders.
  • Salesforce experience and strong skills in Office 365 applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume deadline-driven environment with competing priorities.
  • A passion for design merchandise and delivering exceptional client experiences.
