Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
Check oil levels and communicate to teammates
Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation rotations
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
Complete vehicle inspection
Install new oil drain plugs and new oil filters
Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customers perspective comes first
Present a friendly professional greeting to customers and help identify confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns
REQUIREMENTS
Communication skills communicate effectively with others
Time management manage ones own time and time of others
Typing skills ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders
Mathematical skills calculating service costs and counting change
Basic computer skills
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Personal and professional integrity
