Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Secretary IV provides comprehensive administrative support to the Department Leader and other team members as directed. This role requires a high degree of discretion independent judgment and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Secretary IV serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring smooth communication and coordination. This position also involves maintaining confidential information managing records and supporting various projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Two (2) years secretarial experience.
- One (1) year Medical Center experience.
- Previous experience in dealing with public.
- Must have ability to use own initiative in performing duties without constant supervision.
- Business Training preferred.
