Job Summary
Install configure and maintain large-scale Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments ensuring high availability and performance.
Lead infrastructure automation and configuration management using the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
Develop and optimize advanced Shell (Bash) and Python scripts for automating administrative routines patching and deployments.
Lead complex incident resolution (Level 3) and conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in mission-critical RHEL production environments.
Proactively monitor system health and optimize performance using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.
Actively apply DevOps best practices (e.g. Infrastructure as Code) to enhance system resilience and continuous delivery.
Implement and enforce RHEL security policies including SELinux firewalling and identity management.
Contribute to monitoring alerting and logging solutions with a focus on optimizing Linux environments.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in Linux System Administration with a strong focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Proficiency in Automation and Configuration Management tools specifically Ansible.
Strong command of scripting with Shell (Bash) and Python for administrative tasks and automation.
Experience with the ELK Stack and Grafana for monitoring and log analysis.
Solid knowledge of DevOps principles and hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as KVM or VMWare.
Advanced capability in troubleshooting and resolving complex system and network issues.
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is a plus.
