The Role:

Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion ensuring delivery on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
Act as the primary client liaison ensuring objectives are met and fostering strong client relationships.
Proactively engage in client business development and maintain existing relationships.
Oversee communication between the project team and the client ensuring smooth project delivery.
Take a leading role in collaborating with clients and consultants at all project stages.

The Person:

2 years experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
Degree in a construction-related discipline.
Chartered or working towards Chartership (CIOB or RICS).
