Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Graduate Salesperson to join our dynamic successful & long-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in sales working with a diverse range of automotive products services and customers across the Mobility Aftermarket sector in the UK & Ireland.
In this role you will:
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Conduct detailed sales and customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers (garages distributors workshops etc.)
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Present and promote our comprehensive range of aftermarket products and solutions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross border cross functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate (any discipline a business or automotive-related degree is a plus).
- Highly motivated target-driven and eager to learn.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident outgoing and resilient.
- Passionate about the automotive industry.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerBI
- Full UK driving license (essential).
Additional Information :
This is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.
Location: you will be based at the Denham office.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your graduate position and for the full duration of your position.
