Job Summary

What youll do

This is a hybrid role you will be based in London with a full UK driving licence and access to a car to enable regular visits to service users as part of your caseload. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of care packages ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising Client Care staff understanding and responding to individual service user needs monitoring service performance and supporting the recruitment of a diverse and skilled healthcare workforce.

Qualifications :

What you need

You will have proven experience in remotely managing teams within the healthcare sector strong communication and decision-making abilities and commercial awareness. The role offers opportunities for continuous training and career development within a supportive management team with a clear focus on service quality and performance outcomes.
