Job Summary

Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate metrics-driven leader to elevate our global People Services & Solutions function. As Director you will shape and scale a high-performing shared services team that delivers exceptional employee care drives operational excellence and continually improves processes. This role is about more than service deliveryits about inspiring a global team to deliver consistent high-quality experiences that make every employee feel supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a global People Services team delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle support (hire to retire) including talent acquisition compensation & benefits and manager support.
  • Build a scalable tiered service delivery model anchored in metrics SLAs and continuous process improvement.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence People Systems and business leaders to design and localize policies processes and programs.
  • Drive employee self-service through digital tools ensuring easy access to SOPs process maps and resources.
  • Monitor service performance with dashboards and reporting holding the team accountable for quality efficiency and compliance.
  • Cultivate a culture of adaptability collaboration and care while ensuring adherence to staffing models and gearing ratios.
  • Provide proactive data insights to anticipate business needs and inform talent strategy.
  • Champion the effective use of HR systems (e.g. Workday ServiceNow) to maximize efficiency and the employee experience.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 12 years in HR operations or shared services leadership in a global organization; med-tech/tech experience preferred.
  • 5 years leading HR shared services/operations teams with expertise in service delivery frameworks and case management tools.
  • Proven track record of building scalable global models leading large teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management and process design expertise.
  • Experience with Workday ServiceNow and ATS platforms.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
