Team Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa and drives tangible impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting data analytics technology payments and economics VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCAs core client segments include issuers acquirers merchants fintechs payment enablers and governments.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Support VCA team in tracking performance and achieving financial targets by enhancing visibility and accuracy of financial reporting processes
- Establish a consistent and transparent approach to pricing investment expense guidelines and profitability targets
- Strengthen VCA teams ability to monitor progress manage budgets effectively and achieve financial objectives by providing comprehensive monthly insights into revenue and expense performance through the P and L Reporting Package
- Conduct project pricing reviews that include professional fees investment and deviation from established guidelines
- Respond promptly to ad hoc reporting requests particularly for Business Lines tailoring reports to support data driven decision making
- Lead VCAs professional fees and travel spend approval process including weekly tracking reviews and continuous enhancements
- Ensure accurate representation of financial results in regional and global discussions supporting business leaders with reliable and timely financial information
- Drive operational excellence by providing end to end support across all critical financial processes including budget preparation outlooks forecasts month end closings revenue and expense reviews and QBRs
- Manage relationships with Global and Regional Finance stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment with financial objectives
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
