Job Summary

Position Summary

Natural Wireless a leading provider of ultra-fast building-wide Internet services is seeking a high-energy hands-on Sales Manager Residential Properties. This individual will lead sales growth across the residential real estate sector managing a small but expanding team and directly engaging with real estate developers owners and property managers to drive adoption of our fiber-speed Internet solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B telecommunications sales thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and excels at building relationships and leading teams in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor and coach a geographically distributed sales team.
  • Identify target and engage multifamily building owners property managers and real estate developers to support market expansion.
  • Conduct strategic outreach through email campaigns phone calls and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships that result in new service installations and renewals.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service deployment and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new leads.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications or technology sales with proven success in prospecting deal negotiation and closing.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills including prior experience hiring training and managing a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Resilience and persistence comfortable with high volumes of outreach and rejection cycles.
  • Experience working directly with real estate executives property managers and development firms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and CRM management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90000 per year
  • Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission structure
