Position Summary
Natural Wireless a leading provider of ultra-fast building-wide Internet services is seeking a high-energy hands-on Sales Manager Residential Properties. This individual will lead sales growth across the residential real estate sector managing a small but expanding team and directly engaging with real estate developers owners and property managers to drive adoption of our fiber-speed Internet solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B telecommunications sales thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and excels at building relationships and leading teams in high-growth environments.Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and coach a geographically distributed sales team.
- Identify target and engage multifamily building owners property managers and real estate developers to support market expansion.
- Conduct strategic outreach through email campaigns phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
- Build and nurture long-term business relationships that result in new service installations and renewals.
- Manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service deployment and client satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new leads.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications or technology sales with proven success in prospecting deal negotiation and closing.
- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills including prior experience hiring training and managing a sales team.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Resilience and persistence comfortable with high volumes of outreach and rejection cycles.
- Experience working directly with real estate executives property managers and development firms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $90000 per year
- Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission structure
