This is a senior HR leadership role reporting to the Poland Site Lead and functionally to the EMEA & APAC Head of HR. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor supporting both Shared Services business clients and the broader HR agenda. The role involves managing day-to-day people operations employee relations and driving improved service delivery across the employee lifecycle in Poland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing group HR strategy locally
- Managing relationships with Polish authorities and HR vendors
- Supporting complex employee relations matters
- Partnering with HR specialists across Compensation Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Advising on employment law immigration and policy development
- Coaching managers and senior leaders on HR leadership responsibilities
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior HRBP or HR Director in an international setting
- Strong knowledge of Polish employment and immigration law
- Experience in financial services or shared services environments
- Excellent interpersonal analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
