We are currently looking for a Senior HR Operations & Total Rewards Services Specialist for our office in Łódź.

This role plays a key operational and advisory function ensuring compliant efficient and high-quality HR administration while acting as a subject-matter expert for HR operations payroll coordination and workforce reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and oversee end-to-end HR administration processes ensuring full compliance with labor law GDPR internal policies and audit requirements.

  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation (contracts amendments certificates terminations civil law contracts) and advise managers on procedural requirements.

  • Govern time attendance absences medical checks and OHS compliance within HR systems.

  • Act as the main HR Operations partner for the external payroll provider validating inputs resolving discrepancies and coordinating with Finance.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and act as an escalation point for benefits-related topics.

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and analyses (headcount absences turnover working time personnel costs forecasts) translating data into actionable insights.

  • Contribute to HR process development standardization documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support HR Business Partners managers and junior HR staff through expertise sharing and operational guidance.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR Law Administration Economics or related field.

  • 57 years of experience in HR administration / HR operations with independent ownership of employee lifecycle processes.

  • Strong practical knowledge of labor law HR compliance payroll coordination and GDPR.

  • Advanced experience in HR reporting workforce analytics and Excel.

  • Hands-on experience working with HRIS time & attendance systems and external payroll providers.

  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and act as a trusted operational expert.

  • Fluent Polish and very good English (professional working level).
