Job Summary:
A career in our Strategic Program Management Services (SPMS) practice offers the opportunity to collaborate across various teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities improve operational efficiencies and leverage technology effectively. Within the SPMS practice you will support organizations in balancing long-term strategies with short-term priorities to optimize their investments and achieve business objectives.
We enhance project and program outcomes by identifying alternative approaches ensuring alignment with corporate strategy setting clear program direction from the outset responding swiftly to crises and maximizing value through agile delivery. Our team specializes in project portfolio management emphasizing both people management and client relationship development. This practice provides diverse opportunities for skill development and career growth at every level across portfolio program and project management disciplines.
In this operational support role you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate communication and alignment across teams. Your key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality reports proactively identifying risks and opportunities and utilizing data and project management tools effectively to drive the successful delivery of strategic portfolio goals.
Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Field(s) of Study (but not limited to):
Preferred candidates hold degrees in areas such as Computer Science Engineering (Industrial Systems Telecommunications Electronics) Business Administration Finance Economics or Management Information Systems.
Additional considerations:
Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds that combine business and technology such as Business Analytics or Technology Management are also highly encouraged to apply. Studies or certifications related to Agile methodologies digital transformation or strategic management are valuable assets for developing the skills needed in this role.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business analysis project management and/or program management preferably within Managed Services or consulting environments.
- Proven experience supporting and facilitating PMO activities including planning monitoring reporting and risk and issue management.
- Hands-on experience interpreting data preparing progress reports and supporting data-driven decision making.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects with strategic and operational priorities.
- Experience working with both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies as well as familiarity with project management and data analysis tools.
- Prior experience in global or multicultural environments involving remote or distributed coordination will be considered a plus.
- Experience in managing or supporting digital transformation initiatives or continuous improvement projects is highly valued.
Certification(s) Preferred:
- Project Management
- CAPM Scrum Fundamentals Agile/PMI-ACP.
