Job Summary

A Recruitment Consultants Day involves:

Source bulk recruitment vacancies to generate placements outcomes and opportunities
Source employers that require candidates for positions that are suitable for our job seekers
Conduct recruitment exercises for employers including taking incoming vacancies advertising vacancies coordinating interview schedules assessing the skills and experience of candidates
Develop employer marketing and business development plans and strategies
Conduct interviews with job seekers and participants to determine their skills and needs
Record information on Department of Jobs and Small Business I.T. systems and ensure that claims are processed in a timely fashion
Provide post-placement contact to job seekers participants and employers
Research and maintain information on training opportunities for job seekers and participants in your local area to provide information to employers

About You:

Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Experience working in a performance driven environment

To be considered you must

Have full working rights in Australia
Have a current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
